We do residential fence services. For most of our projects, we use pressure treated woods as our main materials and we do the fortress style of fence to meet all the quality we want.

DECK

We offer professional decking services for residentials, we do PVC Decking. Composite Decking and Treated Wood Decking. Yes, we do Gazebo and Pergolas, & Deck Enclosure!

Do I need a permit to build a fence?

If you follow the city standards measurement, you do not need a permit. But if you upgrade more than the city measurement standard, you do need a permit. Please refer to https://www.calgary.ca/development/home-building/fences.html

What is your common fence design that you build?

Fortress style fences are very popular! They're a last a long time as there will be 3 rails to hold the posts and boards. This includes with a Top cover as well to make more firmer.  

I'm splitting the Fence cost with my neighbors, can you help with that?

No problem! We can provide individualized breakdowns and invoicing so you and your neighbors knows exactly how much you pay on your end and how much they will pay on their end.

Do I have to pay for an estimate?

Nope! Our in-person estimates are always free, no-pressure, and no obligation. Contact us to schedule your estimate.

Do I need a permit to build a deck?

You will need a Building Permit if:
• Your deck will be higher than 0.6m (approximately two feet) above grade at any point.
• You are building a covered deck such as an enclosed sundeck, a deck with open rafters or a gazebo (this is considered an addition and may require a Development Permit).

What should I do before you start the Fence project?

Once all parties agreed to proceed with the project, it is the homeowners responsibility to contact the safety utility to get their underground utilities located before we start digging?  
This is free! You just have to request to get your underground utilities marked.
